Well, assuming this is the same person… as I recall your nickname (WhyAlmonds) came about because of a short story where a guy ran a machine that could predict how someone would die. One of the odder results was “almond,” and the main character got a blank piece of paper when he ran his blood through.
I was the NCIS/Dresden Files fan who had nasal surgery?
I survived. By a week afterwards I was relatively good. Which was good, because then my grandma passed away, and I had to head to Jersey (twice, once to see her one last time, and then I turned around for the funeral). Then I finally made it to Texas for grad school, though I’m in Florida on vacation until MLK, Jr.
No one follows me, so I thought I’d just leave this here.
